Team Expansion
Team Expansion is an initiative to invest in what God is doing at Beloved Church by growing our team and raising up new leaders for ministry. Our heart is twofold: to create a structure where emerging leaders are trained, equipped, and empowered as pastoral and ministry interns; and to expand our staff so we can continue to build our growing church with excellence. This year, we hope to onboard multiple interns, new staff members, and church planting residents who will be intentionally discipled, developed, and given resources and hands-on ministry experience. Together, our heart is to build a healthy, multiplying team that will serve Beloved Church for years to come.
